Fabio is the best on the UES. The salon is warm and has a lovely welcoming atmosphere and Fabio himself is extremely talented. I have been having my hair colored there once a month for three years and I always leave completely happy with how my hair looks. Fabio and his staff are fun, warm, and make you feel like you are being taken care of. I highly recommend this salon!!
